  Last two trips have been a horrible experience. Used to be a great place, but now, none of the staff really cares or takes any real effort to follow up, etc. One trip we spent over an hour waiting to be seated, this time we were seated right away but waited about 20 minutes for drink order, then for food order, then to get food, so over an hour before we received food. Probably would have been longer if we didn't find someone to ask for service.

  Nice atmosphere, clean dining room and good service. Best mushroom burger I've tasted in a while. Delicious desserts too.

  A little disappointing. Made call ahead reservations for 5 at 7PM. Got there and were told there would be a 30 minute wait. After 45 minutes and several groups who arrived after ours were seated, questioned when we would be seated and what call ahead meant. Was that would cut the wait time in half. Wow! Once we were seated our waitress, Molly, was great. The kitchen on the other hand not so much. We ordered 2 appetizers. They didn't have spinach dip but we did get charged for it. That got corrected. One of our party ordered Ceasar salad got a regular side salad. And there was no prime rib to be had. It appeared the kitchen didn't inform wait staff of what they were out of. Fortunately we really like the family and friends we were with so the fellowship was great. You can decide if you want to go to this Longhorn or not as there are plenty of really good eating facilities right there.
