  The lady who took my order today was rude with no customer service skills what so ever. Last week they seemed under staffed and it took forever to get my meal. The burgers are room temperature as they have been sitting in the trays for a while. I asked for fresh filet o fish and the employee completely ignored me. The staff they had a year or two ago was great. I've been having bad experiences here lately and will not return until the problem is addressed.

  The rudest staff at any McDonald's in our area by far. The chicken nuggets and fries are never fully cooked (they pull them out of the frier early 90% of the time to save time). I know that the burgers sit in trays, but they're still usually hotter than lukewarm at every other location I've been to. I've never had to ask for my food to be remade at other locations, but when I do here they get rude.
  
  Also, fhey don't post their lunch/breakfast hours and their staff isn't even certain because when I went to order lunch on a Saturday at 10:30am, they said it was okay but then another staff member walked by and said if was 11am. On weekdays it's 10:30am.
