  The original Zaxby's location in PTC still has great food and decent service. The owner of this location is great and is very active with the community. Love how they have added new choices for side items but maybe some healthier options like side salads, cole slaw, corn on the cob or something would be nice. We usually visit the new location at MacDuff and Hwy 54 as it is closer.

  Went in at 1:20 for lunch, the drive thru line was backed up so I decided to place my order inside at the lobby. I went inside and saw several customers waiting. I wasn't greeted once, and after waiting for about 10mins in no line I decided my money would be much better spent elsewhere. Left hungry and unsatisfied. There are plenty of places to eat and get treated like a human - you've been warned.
